His 'mission' is to deconstruct the state as it is. That his 'replacement' would be unworkable and would bankrupt the country is neither here nor there. The inevitable failure of his 'solution' would then have been blamed on the usual collection of non-existent malign forces - much as he blamed the US for Venezuala's ruination.
