Comrade Corbyn to the fore - whither (or wither) the Labour Party?

People are looking into their crystal ball.
Labour chiefs draw up plans to prepare for Jeremy Corbyn's 'sudden resignation'

They don't want Tom making any changes to the 5 year plan. I am a little surprised that he still as a place within Labour.
No mention of him on his constituency party web site. Almost as if he's been removed, or even airbrushed from history.

Here's a before and after photo of Tom at the Labour conference in 1982 with John McDonnell. That was before Tom was fat and when John had a moustache (and a Josef Stalin outfit).

The Comrades probably ought to give thought to rather obvious issue that cementing your grip on the levers of power in the Labour party in such a manner that makes it utterly unelectable is a fairly rubbish plan if you want us all wearing dungarees and working in peoples tractor factory number 5.

My sister's inner London CLP has now been completely taken over by Momentum activists, with all moderates voted off the committee.
According to her, these people aren't in any way socialists; they're hard-line Marxists who have no interest whatsoever in the "working class".
Needless to say, only two out of more than a dozen are in any form of gainful employment.
One apparently believes he should be paid the national average wage as a "community activist".

Stout wall, wooden posts & blindfolds(optional) are in need of being prepared.

Nice if your sister could bubble these frauds to the DSS for spending so much time on politics that they are not 'actively seeking work'. There was once a t..d on ARRSE who was fit enough to stand for parliament wile claiming disability benefit.

Went by the name of Whet if I recall correctly. If he's still on this mortal coil, he's probably down in Brighton at the Lib Dem love in, as he was that way inclined. Used to post some bizarre stuff and blame it on the meds he was taking for his 'disability'!

That is worrying. Some people have a very strange understanding of the word Democracy.

Whet, wasn't he the one who was narcoleptic but wanted to do long distance truck driving, nothing else, hence his inability to find gainful?
He was the lazy **** who could drive a car all night when the local elections were on, but couldnt get a job in Tescos.

Although the last time I checked on old upside down head he's got a job at an RBL branch.

He was funny. Blamed Conservative library closures for children's inability to read and then said children wouldn't go to libraries if they didn't have enough copies of Harry Potter.

He did however, despite being a politics eejit, turn up and work hard on the leafletting campaign for Op NIMBY. Kudos for that.
