  1. Asking on behalf of someone else;
    Was MD due to compatment syndrome 3 yrs ago. put in a claim with SPVA on recommendation from my support worker. They offered me £18k as i needed kehole surgery on one leg.. i refused this offer as i had since found out it was both legs. Fast forward to yesterday, had op on both legs - ended up geting cut ankle to mid calf on left leg & ankle to knee on right leg..right leg swelled up last nite and had to have another emergency op to relieve swelling an specialist told me tonite i was an hour away from losing my foot! was supposed to be overnight stay - but i been in 3 days and they saying may be here till tuesday... may also need skin graft on right leg.
    My question is has this happened to anyone else or similar & what am i looking at being offered compo wise...? thanks in advance
