Common Selection

So, how are people finding Common Selection.....

We have already found a problem with medical pre-screening at ADSC(G):

An applicant has been highlighted as requiring a lung function test before he can go forward to ADSC, however when we tried to book him one through OHSAS (as per Bde policy) we were told that OHSAS had no record of his medical and therefore would not book him (at ADSC(G)) the required appointment.

I explained the common selection medical procedure but they said that they'd never heard of CS, and basically that was that!

Good to see that every eventuality has been thought through.....

And if it's common selection, why is the basic skills level higher for TA recruits?
So much for the TST too, in our experience the ADSC just seen to put the BARB score within the TST.... I'm not complaining though, we'd lose so many contacts if they actually had to do the TST!
