  1. Hi All.
I have applied to rejoin after being out for 4 years. I was a Cpl in the RLC for 8 years.
I have finally been told my options which are:
    1; Combat Medic
    2; Artillery
    3; Infantry

I am torn between CMT and Artillery.
I have been told that, with the Artillery, you now don't choose which job you want to do. You just join the Regt.
Because of this I am unsure which way to go.
I have also been told that I am, more than likely, going to have to do basic again. Lol.
So with this I am thinking which will give me a good career path, promotion wise, as I am pushing 30 now.

Any useful info would be great.

Lots of info in both the RAMC forum and the Gunners forum, have a look in those. Trade comparison threads are both annoying and pointless! - Disco
