I was looking on the ATR Lichfield website, and the 14 week syllabus mentioned the test's in the first week, is this the 1.5 mile run, press ups in 2 minutes, situps in 2 minutes, or is there more to it, such as a longer run or more broad spectrum of exercise?
you will do a pft situps,pressups, and a 1.5 mile run also jerry can liftover 100 meters i think,cant remember and also a static lift excersise up to 25.5kg i think, enjoy lichfield, wish i was back there
