Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. We're off to SENTA in a few weeks, and I was considering going to Dinas Rock for an evenings climbing. Alas 160Bgd have put the kybosh on it because it's not an "approved" route. This is ar$e as it appears the only approved climbing in the area is a quarry beginning with "M" and ending in "Orlais" - which is OK, but I really wanted to get the cadets on Dinas due to the varied routes.

Does anybody know whether 160 will ever extract a digit and allow climbing in other locations, or will it forever be limited to Morlais?
