Civvy Street (Poppy Advice Services)

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Out of interest:

"The Civvy Street Partnership is an umbrella organisation that provides transition, learning and work services for Service leavers and the ex-Services community." Website content.

    Helpline: 0800 169 4073

    Perhaps worth a mention.

  2. Have you not heard of the Regular Forces Employment Agency? (RFEA). They've been around for years and are very good. No matter how long you've been out.
    (No link I'm afraid).
  3. Yes RFEA are good and it's possible to register with them under certain criteria. There are offices around the country.

"Civvystreet" say on their website they are:

" * for Service leavers and anyone who has ever served and dependants
    * full of information about resettlement, learning and work
    * the best place to come for information, advice and guidance."

Glad to help with links to RFEA (apparently not massively advertised)
