Civvy Police mentor/Adviser jobs?

Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. As the title suggests, been looking a bit online for Civvy Police Mentoring/Advising type roles as I am currently in Afghan in a ANP/ALP/AUP mentoring role. However, my google-fu is weak and most roles I see are senior level roles, not the lower level I am currently working on, and these roles often require you to have a yank passport. Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers in advance,

    Clunge.

  2. You could join the UK Civil Police, spend 10 to 12 years in and then get the requisite level of experience to apply for a FCO sponsored secondment to be on training/mentoring team.
