  3. It means you've got £100 less to spend on beer and tabs, these guys were handing out diplomas when I was at uni, as long as we graduated and paid them the fee, mickey mouse degree with bonus mickey mouse diploma, fills a space on the cv though.
     
  4. Yes - it means you have a diploma.

    They are a internationally recognised awarding body for qualifications. Their advanced diploma helped me get my job as a snr NHS manager and onto my MBA.

    For the sake of 100 quid this is a bargain
     
  5. How sad, I too am now an NHS manager.
    It may make all the difference in getting an interview - which is what it is all about. The Diploma ticks a box for the HR people when shifting applicants and you can sprout off about the various sections of the diploma - HR, H&S, Legislation, Systems. Got my Dip on resettlement - its paid for itself maytimes over.
    £35k +pa, 6 weeks leave, dont work week ends or BHols and lots of opportunities if you can be bothered to grab them. They even pay my annual subscription AInstAM.

    So is it worth it - if you are nearly time expired Yes it is
