    Evening all,

Just been speaking with a friend of mine who runs a small translation service (mainly Persian/Farsi I think, with possibly some Arabic) she has done work for the Home Office and I believe is currently security cleared to at least SC level. She is looking around for some more work and I said I'd see if I could find a contact within the MOD/Mil structure for her. I've got some other contacts I can ask but as I know this place attracts all the important people in the Int Corp I thought I'd ask here as well.

Now I know there are interpreters within the military structure, but I was wondering whether the military use civvis for training or interviews/translation? (I remember them setting up the training facility in Thetford - I assume they have Persian speakers there for the correct ambiance) and if so any contact names for her to start with...short of phoning up Chicksands and asking to speak to the boss!!
