Civil Servants Threaten to Strike

Following G Broon's spending review (or lack of spending review) Civil Servants' unions have threatened to take industrial action.

This raises some questions:

1, How do you make Civil Servants take 'action'?
2. How will we know that they are on strike?
3. Will front line service personnel be brought in to cover al la Trumpton strikes?

Ill cover the Cili servants Strike. :D

Ill volunteer for the section that deals with Civilservice manning and pay. :x
My first action would be sweeping reforms of a 50% manning cut to the civil service. With the budget saved from this passed over to the armed, health, Police and eduacation services. Trumpton can feck off!

But how do you know the civil service is on strike, easy. Its called cutting out the middle man

I would then Issue all 20 year SGTs a comfy chair, replacing them with Ikea wooden stools.

Do you think anyone will notice??
