Someone with your previous experience has really nothing to worry about, as long as you're in reasonable shape. The schedule may vary, but essentially you'll be doing the following:
Risk Reduction Run - It's only 1.5 miles in 13 mins to see if you are actually alive.
Weapon Handling Test
CFT (easy version)
Battle Lessons & Exercises
CFT (harder version)
As I seem to remember we did the run and then straight into a WHT on the
Saturday we got there. It was one big **** around for the first three to four days, really just to push you a bit (you'd be surprised how many actually jack early on). There was a fair bit of tabbing in the first week and some of it was fairly emotional, but it definitely won't kill you.
The twoo things to make sure you're on top of are your Weapon Handling drills and your phys. Those two factors have been the cause of most of the RTUs over the last year.
