Chunky Chips

Fantastic bit of kit, tasty and as far as chips go fairly healthy(ish).

peel and chip the potatoes.
Par-boil for 5 minutes.
Drain and put the chips on a tray.
Lightly sprinkle with olive oil, add salt & pepper, a sprinkle of thyme and rosemary and a couple of unpeeled bits of garlic.
give the whole thing a shake to spread the oil etc around the chips.
Chuck the tray in the oven, set at 200 degrees C (gas mark 7)
Occassionally open the oven and give the tray a shake to turn the chips.
once the chips are golden brown (20-30 mins) or however you like your chips done, take out and eat.
