Christmas is coming

I will be making my own version of 'Baileys' again this year. Its excellent stuff and I reccommend that wheh you make it you consume it on the same day just to be sure about the cream. Invite a few friends around.


450ml whisky
1 400g can evaporated milk
1 400g can condensed milk
1 tsp instant coffee
½ tsp vanilla extract
60ml Kahlua (optional)

Chuck it all in a blender and whoosh it around for a few minutes. Botttle and place in a fridge, drink when cold.

**Follow with ten pints of Stella.
