Christening certificate....

#1
Right haven't a scooby where to ask this, so this is as good as any!

I am after finding out, where the christening records have been moved to/held from a now gone military Roman Cathlic church here in Dortmund, as am needing a specific copy of one of these certificates.

The church was St Barbara's Church, Suffolk Bks, Dortmund Garrison, BFPO 20.

Any help in where to go with this, would be very gratedully received!

Ta very much!

In the absence of any other suggestions, I would write to the Roman Catholic Headquarters (UK):

Westminster Cathedral - London, England

They will be able to tell you where the records have been stashed.

Update...

Phoned the number supplied by Sunami and it was spot on!! The only thing, is that Mrs Day no longer works there and it is now a Freda Sheppard, who is the point of contact.

Thank you all once again!! :)
