So, the only reason the crew could land this cab was because, by sheer luck, it had an experimental engine fit.
And the rest of the fleet won't be upgraded to 2011?

What's to boast about here? The fact that an experiment worked, or the fact that there's no urgency in upgrading the others or replacing lost airframes?

Certainly not the number on issue to British Forces in Afghanistan compared to the number provided to similar sized US formations....

It appears that some of the upgrade is the 'ghost fleet'. I sense even more delays in integrating already duff software with the new engines.
