Get a set of bumbells, do some circuits with them,better than all these gizmos like "abframes"

yeah definately dumbells these gizmos only allow you to do one or to exercises whereas with dumbells you can do a range of exercises working different muscle groups 

The Royal Marines Circuit Training is a good book dont think it will exactly get you commando fit  but its got a lot of exercises which can be carried out with simple equipment
