Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. I put forward an idea of doing a charity cycle ride (for H4H) of around 220 miles. Have a rough idea of the route - along National Cycle Network but don't have a realistic idea of how many miles can be done in a day. I'm guessing 30 miles in 3 hours is easily achievable??

Also any experience of MOD support (i.e. transit accommodation), everyone would be security cleared (teams would be from two defence contractors who are on the same project).
