Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Nice one. I'm told that a lot of the great and the good also read this web site as a means of actually finding out what's really going on. AG is an avid reader! CGS' Briefing Team was and is a belting idea, however, we don't see enough of 'em.
  2. The trouble is that this will actually come as a surprise to a lot of the management - but then they don't go out of their way to gather real feedback. (with the exception of this report)

I remember attending one meet the troops session with the Brigadier and when he asked for feedback I gave him some. After the accompanying hitman Major had removed my head and returned it to me I realised why everyone else in the room kept to bland inoffensive comments.
