CFT weights...

Quick Q can somebody confirm - are the weights INCLUSIVE of wpn etc, or EXCLUSIVE? I'd thought that eg. 25kg was the all-up weight...

TIA

The stated weight should be inclusive of everything except water and food consumed during the test, so I'm led to believe.

Aren't you meant to be the SME on this kind of thing?

Nope I'm not a PTI.

But I do want to know...

Seem to recall 56 lb inclusive of wpn but regards the food and water surely you'd hydrate before and at the half way point maybe , for the food you wont have time !!!!

Quick question on the BFT. Is it on hilly or heavily undulating terrain or usually on relatively flat or slightly undulating terrain?

many thanks.

How many CFTs have you done? Being a reservist SNCO I would imagine your bounty passes are paper ones.

Defence gateway - Battlebox - MATTs - MATT 2. Its not hard.

Another SNCO too lazy to do his own research

The weight is set at what you finish with, by Arm etc. So If you need to carry 25kg, food and water is on top of that.
