CDT for CGS?


I'm not sure what productivity sell he is thinking of here unless there is an assurance or assumption of no deployment.

Otherwise, the productivity will need to be good enough to compensate for the anticipated 10% loss (or 1 x 6 month deployment in 5 years - PDT not factored in) when Mr (or Mrs) productivity is away and a temp comes in.

Is this a lack of understanding within the Regular hierarchy of how the TA works, or wishful thinking?
