CBRN instructors Course Winterbourne

Go to see your local RCT and ask to se the programme for the Equipment Operator and Assistant courses they run. These are the first 2 weeks of the 4 week course.

Main point is to ensure that your Respirator is fully modified and that your knowledge of the Theory and Practical skills is good. I would suggest reading the Survive to Fight and JWP 3.61.1 series of publications available from the electronic battlebox.

Agreed. Good advice. W-G are black and white about the respirator mods and the passing-in tests. There is no discretion, if your S10 is not modified or if you fail the pass-in tests, you will be RTUd.

Mine is. I've put some very pretty pink lenses in, and those nasty straps were messing up my hair, so I've modded it with a cross-strap around the back invisable jobby. Matched my black and pink strapless dress beautifully!

:D
