  1. what happens if you cant do 46 press ups when u go to catterick or anything else for that matter
  2. You get built up to it very quickly - especially as you already know and if you can't do them then obviously have made no effort to train.
  3. can anyone recomend a trainging plan to get up to 46 press ups
  4. Dig your mum up and spend half an hour a night working out on top of her :twisted:

  5. Do lots of press ups until you can do 46. :roll:
  6. Go and look in the health and fitness forum, there is a thread on pressups there.
  7. Do 5+ sets of 10 reps everynight it's not hard and you'll be banging out a lot more in no time, also combine this with going gym and other home exercises.
