Car Deals to UK-based H M Forces

My young son (Regular Army) is wanting to buy his first car and has his eye on a Renault Clio, probably one of the better RS spec vehicles.

Can any of you fine fellows advise me on which company does the best new car deals for UK-based H M Forces. He doesn't have a PX.
