Cap on rejoiners and reserve to reg transfer

Has anyone started the rejoiner or reserve to regular transfer since the cap has been "lifted"? My rcmo has put my request to APC and the APC rcmo has got my chosen unit to fill out the form.

Although friday the army website has changed and it now says they aren't taking rejoiners right now

Last week it says it will be reviewed in April

I guess they decided against it then?

Defence gateway says the cap was lifted but nrc is saying otherwise

Not sure if this has changed but a friend of mine, Ex Regular is looking at transferring from the AR back into the Regulars, nothing shocking about that i know , but he's 52!!!!!!

I've not heard through official channels that there is a push on recruiting, i thought we were cutting back on SP, maybe with the current situation in Ukraine things might change in the near future.
