  1. Hi Guys

I've been buying up cheap houses left right & centre but now for whatever reason I can't get a mortgage anymore. I either have too many or I'm too old or can't proove my income. My credit score has taken a bit of a hit because I have bought so many.

Anyone else in the same boat? Are there any private financiers out there looking to help out those who know where the great deals are but can't get them

  2. No. 10 effing letters
  3. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh
  4. Do not be so bloody greedy then let some other poor sod have a chance of buying one then.

  5. I'm trying to work out if a brand new member will log on, and with his first post, offer us all the financial solution we have all been looking for; or if Dan will offer to make lots of money for us, provided we stump up the readies for his next deal.
  6. You picked the right place to look for private financiers
  7. I'm not looking for money, I had thought that with it being a property & finance blog that some of you may be using smaller unknown to me mortgage lenders.

With property being readily available in the U.K fire sale at huge discounts you'd be mad not to try anything to grab as many as possible.
  8. I bet you could help us.
  9. Dont they call getting multiple mortgages fraud in the UK?
You wont get tax relief on more than one mortgage nor will you get any reasonable interest rate unless you lied on the application. Oh and mind your fingers in the cell door.

  10. I know my bank wouldn't allow me to buy the house next door.
  11. Were they worried you'd drill through into their safe?

  13. Its true exposure issues have caused loads of landlords problems especially with all the specialist lenders drying up in 2008.

The only way around is to use a third party firm to obtain the funding, they effectively purchase the property on your behalf whilst you get yourself "mortgagable" the only caveat being you must buy it back off them!
  14. I blame the Catholic Church, the Alliance Party and The Pope.
