Canadian Courts Martial

Apologies if this has been shown before - I had a look and couldn't find it. Not knowing the full story i find this quite interesting. when i was there in 06 the canucks had taken a fair bit of abuse. if they are now charging people will it cause people to pause before they act?

I know this has probably been discussed a great deal in the past in relation to others from other countries.

It is difficult to say one way or the other without all the facts. I am sure the Canadians will uphold their men's right to defend themselves if they genuinely believe themselves to be in peril and will even uphold their right to make a genuine mistake in the heat of battle.
