Can I post in here and not get deleted?

This is a great venue for trolling. But I thought I'd be trolling Arrse without the help of the "real" Cobradragoon. He's been a real gem and I hope I find another Wikiwalt who is as much fun.

For anyone having trouble reconstructing the events, here's a recap, and a reminder of why he's the great man he is.

CobraDragoon joined Wikipedia on 25 January 2007 and made no mention of military service during his first two and a half years, until a user called Bahamut0013 (Sergeant Robert P Lemiszki Jr., USMC) gently reminded him to be careful when adding erroneous information to articles.
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:CobraDragoon&oldid=301672436

CobraDragoon answered with two posts on Bahamut0013's talk page, with his first claim to have been a Marine:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Bahamut0013&diff=prev&oldid=303295479
Sergeant Lemiszki replied, clarifying to CobraDragoon that CD's service claims were irrelevant in addition to probably being untrue:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:CobraDragoon&direction=next&oldid=301672436
"Whatever you may think, the content you added was incorrect, and the information about myself I've decided to share on my talk page in no way negates the fact that I was correct in reverting it. Even if your claims of service are true (which we have no way to verify, so I remain skeptical by default), that does not automatically make you right: even in the real world, and especially not on Wikipedia (in short, credentials are irrelevant to building an encyclopedia)."
CobraDragoon only made 14 Wikipedia edits in the next three years:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.ph...00&limit=14&contribs=user&target=CobraDragoon

During this time, on 16 September 2011, Sergeant Lemiszki died at his own hand aged 26. CobraDragoon made no comment, although many people did comment on Bahamut0013's talk page.

On 3 October 2013, CobraDragoon posted his new profile:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:CobraDragoon&diff=next&oldid=575648083
"About my username: Not that anyone has asked (although some may have wondered), but just in case you are curious - No, I did not concoct or appropriate my username from either Marvel Comics characters or Japanese video games, and I am not some "wannabe warrior" who never made it past the pre-enlistment interview.... I earned it by commissioning as a US Army officer, qualifying as an Army Aviator, graduating from the US Army Armor School Air Cavalry/Attack Helicopter Commander's Training Qualification Course, completing the AH-1 Pilot Transition Syllabus, and then serving as an attack helicopter pilot (AH-1G HueyCobra) in the 7th Squadron of the 1st US Cavalry Regiment (originally known as the United States Regiment of Dragoons and later as the First Regiment of Dragoons). Thus I chose CobraDragoon as my username to honor my brothers-in arms with whom I served in my first US Army combat unit. (Subsequently, I also piloted Cobra attack helicopters [AH-1Q/S TOWCobra] in the 3d Combat Aviation Battalion [precursor to the current 3d Aviation Regiment and the 3d Combat Aviation Brigade]."
The USMC was not mentioned. Then, on 26 March 2014, he added the comment he had made four years earlier to Bahamut to his own CobraDragoon profile page, in a weird display of gloating:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:CobraDragoon&diff=next&oldid=586381308

This remained there until December, as he "updated" his profile, adding more "military experience":
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:CobraDragoon&diff=next&oldid=621968849

Then on New Year's Eve, his Marines service was revealed:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:CobraDragoon&diff=prev&oldid=640319723

In January he added this "biography" to his front page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:CobraDragoon&oldid=643449511

On the 15 May this year he began to enlarge his profile:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:CobraDragoon/sandbox&diff=next&oldid=660666080

Until by 11 June this year, the full biography was viewable:
https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:CobraDragoon/sandbox&direction=prev&oldid=668732416

Then I stepped in - I posted a (deleted) poll inviting Arrsers to edit Wikipedia and join "Project MilHist". I added CD's biography, and invited y'all to "Thank me for my service". I also said "Disrespectful comments would be deleted".

Some people were very kind, particularly after the thread was moved out of the NAAFI, so I added more abuse. And said that the suicide was down to "perhaps not being up to being a Marine" or words to that effect. The trolling was on!

Then CobraDragoon turned up (as a kind soul had linked the thread from Wikipedia. The first two threads were deleted at his instigation. The rest is here, or in Wikipedia's history page.
I couldn't believe my luck; the "bereavement counsellor", ex-pilot with nerves of steel etc, went full retard. Instantly!
He *could* have posted pictures of himself working as a pastor, with his grandchildren, stood in front of his vanity wall.

But no...he didn't do that

To those who have posted negative comments, or if you are offended by my service history (US Army, USMC, US Customs Service) or post government service education and work, that is of course your right, but does it make you feel better about your own lack of service and accomplishment to attempt to mock, ridicule, or denigrate mine? Oh well, that's life, but I have the documentation (diplomas, certificates, commissions, award citations, honorable discharges, licenses, orders, log books, medals, ribbons, badges, etc.) to prove every claim I have made.
I wish I'd written that!

His latest rant is here:

My favourite bit is this:
You don't know me, we served in different generations, I have done nothing to you, but yet you continue to harass me by claiming that I am a "Walt" and now you suggest "Stolen Valour." I would love to meet the bastard who began this tripe, face-to-face, and would love to show him, and all you, the documentation for my service to verify what you accuse me of fabricating. Obviously, I am not going to post private identification information on an internet site such as Wikipedia or ARRSE. So, I don't suppose there is any way to settle this satisfactorily.

What I still don't understand is since I did not start this and have only tried to defend myself against false and malicious attacks and allegations why do you want to continue to perpetuate this bullshit? I will not stop defending my honor, so if there is a credible independent third party who would be willing to mediate here (and of course absolutely protect our identities), I am willing to listen. I have now made two offers to produce documentation to corroborate the facts of my service that you and yours claim to be false. If you will not listen to reason and cooperate in settling this matter as men of honor, then I posit that it is you, not me, who are the real "Billy Bullshitting Walter Mittyesque redneck with a complete lack of good old fashioned heterosexual tendencies and are thus a complete cock" and are guilty of "Stolen Valour," by falsely and maliciously denigrating the character of one who served honorably.
I have one other question if the real SlimShady drops by; after 20 years of military service, it would be amazing if he didn't have a single friend who will speak up for him. After all, it's easy to find real Marines on Wikipedia.
So is there one person who is prepared to disclose their own name and say they knew the man editing as CobraDragoon when he was in the Army, USMC, Customs or even at one of the colleges where he has taught?

Nah, guess not.

Many thanks to all of you for your service, and Semper Paedo or whatever. Drop by my sockpuppet's talk page and thank us for our service:
