  1. Hi guys, quick question for you, I have no BCDT at my unit but I do have a CMT class 2, does anybody know if he is authorised to teach MATT3.

    many thanks in advance
  2. Just spoke to one of my mates whos a CMT1 and he said that as he remembers there was no instruction relating to BCD on the CMT2 course and it required a seperate 5 day BCDT course before it could be taught. When they do the CMT1 course theyre given instruction on that but he said it may very well have changed since he did it and that they may now include BCD training on CMT2 courses.

Keogh Bks would be your best bet to clarify it though.
  3. No, you can only teach BCD if you have done the BCDT course however medically qualified you are.
  4. as a cmt your at gods side. sadley you need to to a bcd instr crse. yes, you are more trained, yes your knowledge is far above bcd, however rules is rules, do the crse, instuct bcd, be clear of blame when things go wrong................ if they do !
    pm me if you fancy...............
