Brown to spend £800m extra on war

  1. From pre-Budget speech - Mr Brown said spending on the war against terror, including military action in Iraq and Afghanistan, would rise by £800m, taking the total spending to £6.3bn.

  3. I agree with you PTP (honest). Brown needs to start realising it's the people who want to see more money in their paypacket. He's spending, spending, spending, and I don't see anything in return for my tax pounds.
