Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. From the programme blurb; `An emotional journey of British troops in Iraq, questioning how they feel about their role in the controversial war.`

No idea who, if anyone, is presenting this offering or if it is a collection of interviews with various units. As per usual with this type of programme, I shall wait with baited breath and see what happens.......

Come and participate in the recording of Forces Reunited (working title), a new feel-good series by Leopard Films for Sky Real Lives! Join Fiona Phillips of GMTV fame as she relates the amazing stories of past and present service personnel, each one ending with a long awaited and unforgettable reunion.

The show raises awareness of the bravery, love, loyalty and comradeship practiced daily by every member of the British Armed Forces and the families' who support their loved ones. The programme will illustrate the enduring bonds created between soldiers fighting side by side in war zones and the unique relationships and situations which occur during conflicts. Join us in the studio for the moment when a returning serviceman finally lays eyes on his wife and newborn son after months of separation. Watch as Sgt Joseph Adams finally gets the opportunity to thank the Commanding Officer who gave him the blood transfusion that saved his life. See the reunion between Sadie the dog ,whose well trained nose sniffed out a bomb. and the soldiers' lives she saved in Afghanistan. Each story is unique and extraordinary. Don't miss this chance to support our troops and be in the studio with our celebrity guests!

Does each household get a sick bucket to use if they watch this programme?

No need for the outrage bus though as transport is provided!
