broken my toe need to keep the weight off need training ideas

  1. just wondering if any PTI's have any ideas on some good ways to keep my training up using exercise bikes cross trainer and possibly rowing machine as i have broken my toe and have been told no running for the next six weeks. and I still need to keep building on my cardio thanks for the help in advance
