    Just recently passed ADSC, so am looking forward to a date for Phase 1.

    One of the things that suprised me was how much I was hanging out of my hoop at the end of the PT lesson. I consider myself fit enough, I've ran a couple of half marathons and try to run a good mix of 10 - 20 miles a week. I can plod along all day with a pair of trainers and an Ipod. But was really suprised at how hard I found a 'simple' PT lesson.

    I think I fell down on the 'explosive' fitness side of things, the sprints the changes in direction etc.

    I have read up about BMF and there is a club near me. In your opnion is it a good substitute for a PT lesson I can't really get in civvy street?

  3. The first session is free, so go along and try out the intermediate level, then make your own mind up.
