The historian Andrew Roberts will be presented with the BAMBY 2010 Award for his ‘The storm of war: a new history of the Second World War’ book, following which he will give a talk about the book, take questions and sign/sell copies.

PCL - 150 years of service to the British Army
I will see if I can get a copy of the book for review on ARRSE.

Should be an interesting talk. I have found that listening to and questioning the author brings a more complete perspective to a book. If you can make it, contact the PCL for tickets.
