Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

"Three years on from the start of the war in Iraq,Col Tim Collins ask's if the British Army is the world's best.
Kate Adie & Lord Brockett share their thoughts."

Should be either a balenced bit of journalism or a pile of tosh.
  2. You can expect nothing but praise from Kate Adie, I'd imagine. However, Collins is now a rent-a-mouth, so balance may be achieved...
  3. It should be worth a look. I actually read Lord Brocket's biography (no, seriously 8O ) and he's an interesting fellow who served his time in the Forces and put his neck on the line in Northern Ireland and Cyprus. If nothing else, the combination of Kate Adie, Lord Brocket, and Col. Tim Collins should give rise to some lively debate - probably a damn sight better that what has often been passed off as debate on the Armed Forces in the media.
  4. It may be entertaining, but as none is current, I wouldn't expect the show to be informative.
