Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. Already done, and it's probably all crap.

  2. I can say with complete confidence that the articles are complete crap.

  3. Jim

When I read the story claiming an SBS team had been parachuted into the sea etc, etc, I thought it sounded like someone had just made a story up using the public details of the case of the Mearsk Alabama.

Surely journalistics standards haven't fallen so low they just make it up? And the comments by readers on the websites of certain papers, FFS! They make my want to hit them with a brick. Why is everyone so keen to jump on an anti Navy bandwagon?
