Rightho chaps anyone heard of a Brigadier James Fox??.

Located in the NE of the UK near to Hull. Variously uses either Dr or Brigadier in front of his name.

I can out-geek you on that. There's no executive curl on his rank, so its a merchant navy/pilot costume he's sporting.
