Brexit - The Final

So you wouldn’t accept that Britain should be able to secede from an organisation that takes our cash etc, bearing in mind the EU is not the same as the US.
You can do whatever the hell your politicians let you, it is your Democracy and your country.
But keep in mind Sovereignty requires a price, and if you are not willing to pay it then it all sounds very hollow.

George Galloway

It just gets better and better.

Given the nature of Labour’s Euro-fanatic candidates list and the crucial juncture we have reached in the fight for the full implementation of the #Brexit referendum result and for one-time only I will be supporting @Nigel_Farage in next months elections. @TheBrexitPartly
George reckons a win for the Brexit party will kill off the chances of any revocation or 2nd referendum.

I hope he's right.

We know that Blair/Brown gave that away by saying that such worries are unwarranted. The hollowness is that Labour planned that we would be dictated to by a bunch of unelected numpties. Up the workers, -right up em.

Nope, you still don't get it. Leave with a deal, No Deal or Remain. Happy to let Parliament do its job. I think leaving is stupid, No Deal extremely damaging and would prefer to remain but it's down to Parliament.
You're pinning your hopes on parliament overthrowing the referendum.

Just admit it to yourself, if no one else.

But at this rate you are going to remain with diminished powers, which is the tragic ending. The whole thing seems like it was fucked from the start, with no actual intention to carry out the voters will. You would have had less damage and internal strife had Cameron just had a behind the scenes heart to heart with Merkel and demanded a few concessions that would have been granted, and gotten you more. But now you look like the disobedient Sprog who has to be made an example.

We had a similar issue with this thing called Obama care. It is still around today and not going to die.

We know it does. We've paid that price many times.

on filthy money front. Blair paid upfront, many moons ago. He let the eu slash the uk 's rebate in return for reform...

No reform ever materialised. We never got our billions back.

That's what he tried to do.

The eu f*cked him off.

I haven't presented Remain as faultless and I also said that I disagreed with Osborne's choice, do please stop making things up.

I certainly don't look on the world as black and white and I have no idea why you're trying to frame it that way, unless it's to avoid the point that the Met and the NCA are investigating Leave but not Remain. There are levels of deceit and Leave demonstrable went further. When "I visited the Russian ambassador once" translates into eight or more times it's taking the piss.

By drawing a false equivalence and making it about me you're doing a big "Look a pigeon!" act, your usual.
And here comes the famous Graculus reframing of the argument.

I'm not framing anything, as ever, given long enough, you frame yourself.

As for the Met and the NCA? That's definitive, no possibility of government influence there, why don't you throw in the Electoral Commission while you're at it? No doubt there will be charges, convictions and stern punishment... or not. A question though. Did this investigation start before or after the investigations into the likes of Lord Bramall and Sir Cliff Richard?

Do you begin to understand how this works or are you still the same gentle, trusting and unworldly soul who professed absolute belief in the impartiality of the Civil Service and posted the Civil Service code as evidence of that good faith all those Brexit threads ago?

You're still special, but you're sweet, and we love you. Have a hug.

Wrong again Rose. You're consistent at least. You haven't understood a word I've said since the result came in. Try thinking rather than speaking in tongues.

of course you don't want parliament to overturn the referendum and reverse brexit.
In fairness to Graculus, he's on record as saying he's not in favour of a second referendum. I admit I was surprised, but credit where credit's etc etc

I do like your Geoffrey Howesque and totally impersonal attacks, though there's a stench of desperation when you start dragging up false accusations of padophillia made by individuals in comparison with referrals from other investigations. NCA not involved in either of your cases I believe, though they may have offered specialist advice.

Government influence you say? Are you talking about the Home Secretary who quashed an investigation into Banks previously? Who is now PM?

If we're going back in time, please tell us about corruption in Brussels and what you did to stop it?

This says it all really
Speaking as a defensive PR specialist
Paid for twisting the meaning of words and offering denials when you know otherwise.

You still haven't answered either. Are Remain being investigated by the Met or NCA?

He's not in favour of a second referendum because he thinks parliament will reverse brexit.
Not at all Rose, this is like you knowing other stuff. How long have you had super powers?

(snip) Are Remain being investigated by the Met or NCA?
Wrong question.

Here are two pertinent questions that the more worldly would ask:
1. Should Remain be investigated by the Met or the NCA?
2. Has the investigation of Leave resulted in any substantial conviction?
