  2. A 9 min 30 run and 50 pressups and 50 situps covers most eventualities. (Could be 45 pressups and 55 situps though).

    If you tell me what ages you're interested in I'll look 'em up, as I'm chronically underemployed at the moment!  8)

  4. I'm actually asking for an ex US Marine I'm working with at the minute.
    He's 46 and interested in how he'd score on the British test. He's quite a fit bloke. and is looking at getting into the 300 club for his age group.

  8. 46yr old male to pass:

    29 press-ups
    34 sit-ups
    12.30 run

    to get 100 points:

    55 press-ups
    62 sit-ups
    9.30 run

    These old blokes get it easy!!!
     
  9. Yeah right - old blokes (well blokes as old as me) used to do a BFT in DMS boots, puttees (who remembers the sight of blokes leggin' it down the road with brown streamers waving from each ankle?), lightweights AND it was a real test - not like the p*ss easy ASSESSMENT it is today !! ::)
