With the Irish economy now in freefall (link below) are we likely now to see an influx of Irish tarmacadam specialists, tree surgeons, and heather sellers; or mass migration elsewhere, the traditional Irish response to internal problems.

Another roaring sucess in the eurozone,then!!...........not.

Tax rises all round in the rest of Europe to bail them out?.

As if everyone else isn't in the shit too?....this is a large part our fault with the housing bubble ect and partly outside forces, some economists think we'd be in worse shape if we didn't have the Euro (it at least provides a monetary stability) something our politicians don't manage.

I don't know where they are suppose to emigrate too, Australia, Canada and the US are the usual bulwarks, but they are or are going into deep recessions and are not so welcoming to new arrivals, (Oz is cutting their visas back alot)
