Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. On a similar thread to Soggy4978's swing band thread.

What about the early sixties Bossa Nova sensation, admittedly its not that modern, but I am an old git and I really like it.

I will start with this one, which is a classic.

    Anymore for anymore?

  2. The Pixies version is great.

  3. Just to show I'm still cool, or should I say hip? The Black Eyed Peas' Mas Que Nada is of that genre - albeit with a modern twist. Mind you I didn't like bossa nova (even if it was the dance of love) and I dislike rap.

I'm not hip enough to be able to put YouTube on my posts - you'll just have to take my word for it!
