First thoughts on PMBoris, will he make a difference?

Let me make it clear, I think Boris is a bit of a twat and he has brought a lot of this on himself. However, the Beeb have just reported the PM has spent the past 30 minutes “taking questions”. I suggest he has spent the past 30 minutes having the same accusation thrown at him by numerous hacks. It was almost gladiatorial.
24 Hour News Coverage is a savage beast and will never be satisfied, irrespective of the outcome.
As for Beth Rigby - she is truly beyond parody.

It's the only language he understands.

It seems to be a cultivated look. There are tales of him looking smart after hair and makeup have got him ready for a piece to camera, only for him to sit down in front of the camera with hair on upside down and clothes inside out.

Does that account for the dandruff, rumpled suits and curly collars?

I wonder if in the name of inclusivity, we can have the garden named Firdaws - الفردوس

Highest garden of paradise.

The sins are washed away and the pilgrim refreshed.

Oh, no - wait he's been expelled now hasn't he?
I wonder if he collected any FPNs?

Well, if he keeps on fibbing what do you expect?

Dunno. If she was American there'd be several porn parodies out by now.

Going by those pictures I think I would have preferred the beer and curry event in Durham
Oh I don't think you are savage enough for 'a greasy night with mary foy', the latter only recently having evolved to the state of walking on two legs as opposed to simian bounds on four, accompanied by much primal grunting.(being the norm for labour mps in the NE). As if it wasn"t enough that rayner's ginger 'growler ' flops out to prowl the mean streets of Durham.

I’m not excusing him by any means, he has a well known blind spot for giving a straight answer and telling the truth - he is a Politician after all.
My main annoyance is the open goal his delaying tactics behaviour has given to the sanctimonious opposition (of all Parties) and the MSM.
If only he had been open and honest from the beginning of this saga, with a massive Mea Culpa, he may well have avoided most of the shitstorm that has been dominating Westminster for what seems like an age.
When you become the story, over and above much more important matters of State, it’s not a good look - for No 10, the Country or our Press for that matter.

How are they thieves?
Because they are party to those stealing public money.

The Conservative Party at national level are no longer a genuine political party entity. The interests of the UK including those of the general of the UK population are irrelevant to it.

It’s now nothing more than a mechanism for enabling those who are now steering it to profiteer from their position of influence by misusing the vulnerable UK political system to extract wealth from public funds.

NHS privatisation, covid test and trace contracts, PPE clothing contracts, energy company profiteering, wholesale price increases across the board for everything.

They knew they’d won the day when they discovered they could just crack on without even hiding what’s going on or disguising it in any way.

And of course, apart from the huge expenses being claimed by ministers and Tory MP’s, where do they go when they cease their ministerial duties?

Well that’s the payback clause in the various contracts that they’ve organised for their various mates amounting to eye watering amounts of public money and they collect their share once the ministerial and Parliamentary yoke has been removed from their shoulders.

So yeah…… Thieves!!!

He's actually a lightweight though, no head for detail and never on top of his brief. A showman more than anything.

More chance of emcom admitting that Russia is in the wrong

Well, my views on the guy haven't changed from waaaaaaaay back..very amusing, more suited to "Have I got News For You" than "any" role which needs leadership.

May 25th. A day that will live in infamy. The Gray report. What an abject waste of time and taxpayer's money.

The RGJ: a crap regiment that lived on the glories of its founding regiments and embittered by knowing they were cráp while gobbing off that they were better than the Parachute Regiment. Before your Colours were laid up, I believe the Regimental Tailor stitched "Ayia Napa 16 September 1994" underneath the last one officially awarded.
Oh you’ve taken time off from whatever you do where you are to comment on my Regiment!

You need to check your facts because you are demonstrating just how little you know about the Regiment I was privileged and honoured to be a member of.

Some morons can’t get the simplest things right. Presumably, that’s why you live in Hungary. How is the would be dictatorship and Russian sycophancy these days.

You still a big fan?

You’ve also neatly described the classic behaviour of past (and no doubt many present) Labour MPs. Trade Union leaders are also not averse to feathering their own nests.

Give me some examples if that’s true?

That pinko Andrew Neil at it as well
