Have seen the following boots posted on a site

    Hanweg SF £140

    Lowa Mountain £140

Both come with a free hydration system worth £35.

I used to have a pair of trezeta boots but can no longer find anyone who stocks them. As both boots are similar in price and the write up on both appear to be the same. Looking to see what people feel over-all on these items.
I have a feeling that they are pretty much both the same difference.
    However time will tell.

p.s. if someone knows where toget some trezeta boots please let me know.
  2. Both those boots are much the same.
I have not worn either but at the moment i am very content with Altbergs.

I am sure that there are other members with more experience than i will

There are even a few models that come with a waterproof membrane like
Gore-Tex. I find that my feet sweat too much in Gore-Tex lined boots.

I have heard reports that both the Lowa and Hanwag boots get very heavy
when wet, so make tabbing a little more difficult.

At the end of the day its up to you. I would recommend trying both on
to see if there is much difference in their fitment.

While doing a search for the cheapest source of Lowa Mountain Boots, i found that sells them for £122 plus P+P. I think postage
    is £5.

I hope that this gives you a little assistance.

  3. Lowa Seeker without Gore Tex are the best boots I've ever worn, simply superb!
