Welcome to the Army Rumour Service, ARRSE

The UK's largest and busiest UNofficial military website.

The heart of the site is the forum area, including:

  1. "The British Army : A Pocket Guide 2002-2003" by Charles Heyman.  208 pocket sized pages of facts and detailed informed about the current British Army.

Very detailed and informative and excellent value for £4.95.

  2. It is probably out of date already.  That said, I'll keep an eye out for a copy.

  3. Its better than nothing.

  4. Razzle £2.50, better than nothing and certainly better than reading about the bleedin' army!!  ;D ;D ;D ;D

  5. Bizarre is quite a good magazine. Plenty of Bizarre things in it oddly enough....

  6. Mayfair, penthouse, escort and fiesta are all quality magazines too!! ;D ;D ;D

  7. Wot?  No recommendations for Soldier mag?

  8. You seriously looking for relevant book reviews or recommendations?  I have some if you are.

  9. If it aint got readers wives in it then it aint worth the paper its printed on.

  10. Anything written on more than the back of a fag packet is wishful thing and the finest example of optimism ever seen  !!
