Bone question, but...

2 minutes silence observed at the 11th hour on 11th of November.

1100hrs local time in UK or 1100hrs Central European Time?

"The Armistice was signed at 5am in a railway carriage in the Forest of Compiegne, France on November 11, 1918. Six hours later, at 11am, the war ended."

IIRC everyone military observes it at 1100 local wherever, but I want to be sure because I cannot find an unambigous fact to shove down someones throat.

Local time everywhere I believe.
Yes, or they'd have had to have it at three in the morning in Hong Kong.
