  1. My method for avoiding blisters is to stick duck tape to the areas which suffer the worst (heals, big toes, palms of hand etc) I've tried 'thousand mile socks' they were crap. i reckon i would have had blisters for 985 miles.

    Has anyone got any methods of prevention?

  2. Decent socks, foot powder, correct fitting boots. If you still have blisters then good old zinc oxide tape and compeed or granuflex sheeting.

  3. I run over a 1000 miles a year and don't get blisters but then again I'm fcuking nails.
