Bleep test equivalent of VO2 score?

  1. Hi there did a test on the treadmill at the gym today and the instructor worked out my VO2 score, my question is what level on the bleep test is it equvalent to? my score was 39.
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.
     
  2. I am sure this has been covered before but to get an accurate VO2 MAX result is has to be done correctly not just on some buckshee treadmill in the gym

    Basically, it's an OK VO2max for a female. Look on the bright side - AIUI the bleep test (and the situps, and the pressups) are an assessment to see whether you're fit to be tested. The test is carrying load over distance within time.....
