Thanks BCO - broadband now back up!!

This is a great book and very easy to read. It has a lot crammed in to the pages: former policeman and war hero who served with 51st Highland Division and now a budding newspaper reporter, a beautiful lawyer, gang warfare in Glasgow, Vigilantes, Wee Frees and crooked landed gentry plus, of course, lots of bodies.

Have a go at the competition and have a chance to enjoy a good book from an up and coming author. If you don't win then it will be worth buying it!

Do you mean that you have already obtained a copy? Or do you mean that you have previously won as in to win which means to obtain by luck or by snogging Auld Yin?
You are, of course, totally correct. My proof reader has been found to be wanting and has been put to the sword for her transgression.

My post should have read ...
