Bit Puzzled

Ed Millband has blasted "scandalous" tax avoidance schemes whilst managing to keep quiet about the fact that Labour paid just £14,000 tax on an income of £33.3 million last year. They also managed a £5.5 million surplus but said that they didn't make a profit, anybody explain this for me?

Int Cell's about 2 blocks thataway, son

Tut! Don't you know nuffink?

That's easy. It's called a double standard. It's like when you were a kid and your Dad used to say:
"Don't do as I do, do as I say!"

Thats the sort of thing that politicians do for a living mucker, lie about stuff and redirect blame to try to keep their noses looking as clean as possible, despite the fact that everyone knows their noses are almost as dirty as a German pornstar.

A man whose just doing his job however.

Still a **** though...

You'll be happy to know that (according to yesterdays Times newspaper) 6.9 million of that 33.3 million is from government grants. The other two main parties dont appear to get anything from the taxpayer.

What's this about a surplus...?? Last I heard, Labour were on their knees financially and creditors were lining up to call in their markers. Given Labour always seem to bankrupt the nation it'd be no surprise if they bankrupted themselves, too.

The sooner the better, really.
